My Process

Please fill out the form below with details about your custom guitar art.

I will contact you to schedule a design consultation. When we meet (virtually!), we will talk in detail about your vision for the guitar. If you have images that inspired your idea, bring them. This gives us a better visual to work from as I draft your unique digital mock-up.

Please note, images you bring me are for inspiration only. I will never copy another artist’s work.

I will send a contract including pricing, timing and terms for the project, previously discussed in the consultation.

Once signed contract received, I will send an invoice for 50% deposit. After deposit received, I will get to work!

I will create initial mockups (3 sketches) and a refined sketch, and a digital sketch resembling the final design for your approval.

After completing your custom guitar art and receiving the final invoice, Madeline will send your custom artwork to you!
