Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped every Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking and insurance are included.

I utilize a tiered flat shipping fee:

Prints, and any orders under 1lb ship for $3

Orders over 1lb ship for $7

If for some reason shipping is delayed, I will notify you via email.

At this time, International Shipping is not available. If that is something you are interested in, please email me at madeline@MHanlonArt.com to be notified when International Shipping becomes available. 

Return Policy

I welcome your feedback and suggestions! If there is any problem with your order, please email me through the contact form, or directly through madeline@mhanlonart.com

Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

The item(s) received was (were) not the item(s) ordered.

There was damage to the item in shipping

The item is not as described

Custom orders

For orders shipped with the incorrect item: in the rare event that this may happen, please contact me as soon as possible, as many of the pieces in my shop are one of a kind. You may choose to return the incorrect item for a refund of the cost of the item + shipping, or return the item to be exchanged for the correct item (if it is available). You will not be charged shipping for the exchange. 

If the package is damaged: please take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) and attach those photos in an email to madeline@mhanlonart.com. A full refund will be issued for damaged orders.
